For families of every shape.
You do not need things to have reached breaking point to ask for help.
Maybe this is you
The same tension keeps surfacing at home
A child or teenager is struggling and you cannot reach them
Something big landed on everyone at once: a divorce, a bereavement, an illness, a move
Everyone is carrying it differently
For families of every configuration, including step-families, blended families and chosen families.
What you may be after
You might be hoping
For everyone to feel heard at home
To step out of the same old argument
To reach a child who has gone quiet
To get through a hard change together
To find new ways of relating
What happens
Start together. The first session usually brings the whole family.
Some sessions one to one. I will often meet family members individually, so each person can speak freely.
Back to the group. The aim is not to decide who is right, it is to help the family hear each other.
The practical facts
Coming earlier is often easier, not harder.
